「衛生管理者」について

前回は、「安全衛生管理について」記載させていただきました。
引き続き、安全衛生管理のトピックスである「衛生管理者」について記載
をさせていただきます。
「衛生管理者」とは、「総括安全衛生管理者」※の指揮を受けながら事業
場の「衛生」にかかわる技術的事項を管理する者のことをいいます。
５０人以上の事業場には必ず選任する義務があり、国家資格試験を合格する
ことにより付与されるものです。
実際、５０人以上の事業場において、「衛生管理者」の試験に合格している
人がいないために選任できていない場合があり、労働基準監督署の是正勧告
の対象になっているケースがあります。

※「総括安全衛生管理者」とは、事業場の実質的な統括管理責任者。

◆◇◆　衛生管理者の業務と必要性 ◆◇◆
　衛生管理者の業務として、「衛生」にかかる技術事項を管理することです。
具体的には、事業者は５０万円以下の罰金です。
①労働者の危険または健康障害を防ぐための措置に関すること
②労働者の安全または衛生のための教育の実施に関すること
③健康診断の実施その他健康の保持増進のための措置に関すること
④労働災害の原因調査および再発防止対策に関すること
⑤労働災害を防ぐために必要な業務で、①から④の他、厚生労働省令で定め
るものです。

実際、顧問先様の企業様で「衛生管理者」の試験にどのようにとりくんでいくの
かというご質問をいただくケースが多いです。
そこで、どのような試験なのかはとりあげてみました。

◆◇◆　衛生管理者試験とは？ ◆◇◆
　第1種管理者試験と第２種衛生管理者試験にわかれており、第1種は全業種に
対応しており、第２種は対象業種が限られています。
試験科目は、第１種・第２種とも「関係法令」、「労働衛生」、「労働衛生」の３科目
です。

　衛生管理者試験についての通信教育、教育機関への通学等勉強方法はいろい
ろとあります。会社として「合格してほしい」しかし、コストをかけたくないという場合に
下記のような勉強法はいかがでしょうか。
一例として、
◎一つの問題集を決めて３回繰り返すこと。
◎数字がらみは必ず整理して覚えること。
◎問題集は解答、解説が充実したものを選ぶとよいこと。
これならば、1冊の書籍を購入するだけでよいでしょう。
